Hello friend! Rumors of your abilities on a speeder have hit my ears as I passed through certain towns. I'm holding a race soon to drum up some...business...interest in my area, and I'd like to see how you hold up. There's credit incentive to offset the legality threat, of course--enough to buy your own ship with.
The course stretches over a small loop of Tatooine. The race is R.S.V.P--while you or someone you know could enter (yes, please feel free to pass this invitation along if you know any daredevils like yourself), I must know at the very latest two hours in advance before the race begins if you'll be attending.
Oh yes--and there's a 500 credit entry fee. Once you've paid your fee, you'll be sent further instructions. Where to meet, a few rules...things like that. Speak to the Ithorian dancer in Tosche Station to enter. She'll give you the details.

Where: Outside Tosche Station in Anchorhead
Talk to Kifai in-game or send her your 500 credit entry fee (if don't have time to RP out the entry) and further details will be given to you. RSVP is a must but entry to the race is allowed up until 2 hours before the race. This is an IC event but casual--if you'd like to come but can't think of a reason to be there, come anyway.
