I can't believe no one has asked this yet...

Your most desired super power and why.

Would you use your power for good or for awesome?

I will post later, I have to work.

(several hours later edited to say)
Ok...at first I thought simple flight would be bitching. Then I remembered that I went to school in Missouri...and were I able to fly there, I would promptly have been shot at by several of my more toothless schoolmates because I, "Prolly looked like a flyin' moose or somfin."

I think I would settle for...telekinesis. I wouldn't be a super hero or anything...I would sit at home and watch football games and block field goals every time Green Bay played the Bears. And make people hit themselves.

Call me old fashioned, but that's my pick.

You have no idea how accurate that is, Iago. Anyone actually spent some quality time in the good ol' show-me state? I was in Columbia, too...so that was the CIVILIZED part. Forget about the little place the call the "Boot heel"...which when said by a person from there, sounds an awful lot like "boot hill".

my super power would be to heal, and ressurect people.

but in a sillier world:
I would want an impervious suit that made me capeable of throwing cars and plowing through buildings...

Ekade, I figured you would know this being a parent and all...

but don't infants seem to have that uncanny ability? And some college students? Maybe it is an age dependant super power. We forget how to use it as we get older.

This IS the show-me state...but I'm pretty sure this is as civilized as it gets. I don't see too much of the rednecks where I am. I think they're scared of the traffic lights.

Ah...where in Missour-uh are ya?

Sidebar about calling it "missour-uh" in case any of you do...

DON'T. It makes you sound like a fool. And did they pass that conceal and carry law? I think I heard that they did.

Well Texas has some catching up to do to match Pennsylvania's gun laws. PA has is one of the least restrictive states (thank the lord) but I still think they take things too far.

At one time Texas and PA were the only State and Commonwealth that allowed the firing of fully automatic weapons. I know PA still does.

So it was legal to fire them, even though it was illegal to buy them? Weren't all fully auto-matic weapons included in the assault weapons ban that was recently done away with?

edited: Scratch that...the 1994 ban doesn't even address fully auto-matic weapons...only semi-automatic weapons that have a military like appearance. Weird.

Here's a question. What mundane super power do you already have? To keep this from becoming a bash-a-thon, you can only list your own mundane superpower.

Mine would be the ability to travel back a few minutes in time to reply to parts of the conversation already passed on and dropped.

:P
