For Sale: the deed to the famous United Frontier/Silent Midnight guild hall.

This building is the last remaining object directly associated with the Imperial conflict that triggered the replicant war. The building is has been lifted and removed by the Imperial Corps of Engineers and is currently being held in a secure location. It has been inspected and is reported to be in excellent condition. It has been verified to be completely empty despite rumors of its "hidden secrets".

An Imperial buyer is preferred although the Empire is willing to part with this building to the highest bidder regardless. The buyer may pick up the deed themselves or specify a location for the Imperial Corps of Engineers to place the structure and then transfer ownership. At the time of transfer the buyer may request a verbal debriefing on the past history of the facility, including a breakdown of significant events and what rooms were associated with those events.

Bidding starts at 20,000 Imperial credits. Bids will be accepted until Friday, January 21st 9pm CST.
