They've had MULTIPLE pics of him doing this going back as far as being Governor of Texas. He went to University of Texas (I think) so he's been doing this for ages. Alum do it to each other, etc.

I've seen the sites, and they are both painful and confused.

His daughter was throwing out the devil horns on the front of the sun times yesterday too. I don't think they have a clue... If nobody told me it was some Texas thing, I would have never known. I thought they were getting in to metal or something.
