Event: Oeree's rescue

Ok, now that I finally got a time from Oeree on when he's free, here's the info.

The event is to take place the 5th of Feb, on saturday. 8pm Eastern. (Want to get this one done in one night rather than 2.)


The basic summery is Oeree has been captured. The question is, where is he now? Obviously he was taken off Lok, but to what location?


The event will start at the lok starport. Someone is going to have to hack the travel terminal to find out where Col. Haunter departed with his prisoner. More info will be relayed upon successful slicing(aka: good rping it) of the terminal.


Anyone of any faction is welcome to the 'rescue' party. However, should space combat arive, I need everyone to declare REBEL overt for that part.


Also, I need at least 2 imperials with JTL enabled. Any are welcome, but I'd rather they not be 'named' imperials.


The rules for this event are as follows:
Space: Everyone is to use weapon tuning 4. This will make the lasers do considerably less damage, and thus the starfight might last longer than 3 seconds. If you need this chip or a flight computer to hold it, a flight computer and a chip with Weapon Tunning 4 on it can be gotten from the secretary in my office. (See my sig for cords). They're up there for 1 credit.

No Missiles.

Rebel craft are to DISABLE the targets. This is a rescue mission. It does not good to blow them out of the sky. Imperials however don't have that problem, so they are to shoot to kill.


Ground: No buffing.
Rescuing faction is allowed to wear whatever armor they wish.
Imperials are required to wear faction gear.
Imperials MUST obey orders question.
Deathblows are allowed, and encouraged.
If DBd, do not clone until ordered to do so.

I decided to make the time a little earlier this go around due to the fact some aspects will take a bit mroe time. That, and I want it to be done in time so i can still hit the midnight chow before it closes. Gotta eat. :P

Well the only problem of that for me is that I am not a rebel pilot just a neutral one. But I am still rebel some where deep within that mess of a creature.

Well, the only rebel requirment is for the space aspect. Once it becomes ground side, any faction is allowed provided they're with the rescue party.

Excellent I can be there for this one. Baby will be in bed and my wife will be working. I will enjoy the break from Grinding. Now I'll just have to sharpen my pilot skills. One rebel pilot at your service.

Excellent. As for imperial pilots, I only need 2 with JTL capability. Basically, I just need a pair of gunners. Pilot ranking doesn't matter for any side.

Also, I did forget one rule I'm going to post now and back up in the rules for the space engagment: NO Missiles.

Also, I need all interested rebel pilots who need weapon tuning four to email me so i can get it to you guys asap.

I just ask that everyone only take ONE. If you need a flight comp or chips, let me know and I'll hook you up. The ones currently on him are for the event use and it would be much appreciated if everyone took only the one they need.

As for my reasoning of putting it on a vendor, I'm currently on the mid shift. Obviously I can't be on when everyone else is always, so this way at you guys can go get a chip at your leasure.
