They are on a roll man... This is like a series of what I call the "OMFG" updates. I hope the last test center notes I read go live tomorrow.

They are blasting these things out like madmen.

Though lets not get too excitied. These could go live in a week or get pushed back to September. We won't know until they are in our face.

Lets hope for a speedy publish.

But at the same time I am still weary. Are all of these updates to shade the fact that the combat revamp and profession revamps are getting pushed back farther? Are they just pre-cursors for the combat revamp to work? I guess I'll just take it one step at a time and enjoy what we get when we get it. I'm not negative about any of this, I just hate getting my hopes up about future publish. The more I put them out of my mind the better I feel when the finally do come out.

They decided to hang out with Jabba and took some big hits on the hookah. Mr. Hutt has no comment on the awesome changes, but he said that the blend he gave to the Dev Team included some of his own personal sludge.

I'm confused. If they're removing the TEF system, does that mean rebels can go around killing Imperilas with no consequence. ie Rebels coming into KorVella and taking out stomrtroopers. Does this work in reverse too?

I gathered that it was going to turn you overt or something. No clue what they're doing though, come to think of it.

Your standing still depends on how you are declared, essentially there are 2 types...

Type number one-
-> can only attack opposing faction NPC's
-> can only be attacked by NPC's of opposing faction
-> all opposing faction NPC's will attack on sight

Type number two-
-> can attack opposing faction NPC's and PC's
-> can be attacked by opposing faction NPC's and PC's
-> all opposing faction NPC's will attack on sight

Anyone catch the last bit about how the TEF change effects BH and Jedi?

If I am reading this correctly, the BH with the mission and the Jedi are the only ones who get TEF'd on eachother and cannot recieve help from anyone else. Does that sound weird to anyone but me?

wierd yes but I think it was necessary. I think that you'll find Jedi often if not always are in a group for protection and so a BH almost never has a chance since most BH tend to like soloing missions. At least now we have a fighting chance.

on the contrary Hashum, I have heard that finding an ungrouped jedi is like finding a unicorn. Not that I would know, as I am neither a BH nor a Jedi. But based on my reading, most jedi are buffed and grouped from logon to logout or are in a private structure waiting for both.

Of course this is a broad generalization, but it is what I have heard.

Don't get me wrong, I like the new system. If that is the case, it eliminates the 30 man gank team out looking to grief jedi.

I popped Cappin Poncho three times as Trayuse when he first became a Jedi and he was ungrouped....but he was/is an idiot, so that may not count.
