RP Aid Poll (Random Generation)

In Star Wars Roleplaying Game: Galactic Campaign Guide there are several tables giving common names and their meanings according to species. In these tables there is alos a colom for random generation (using 2d10, 2 ten sided dice). I first felt this would be unnessicary since people would prefer to pick and choose what hier characters names would be. However, one may want to use the radom generation rulls when choosing names for vendors, NPCs created on temp accounts, and or family member names that only apear in ones bio. Considering this do you want me to edit my past post with percentile listings for each name or would this no be nessisary.

No need to create more work for yourself, this list seems comprehensive enough to me. I would prefer to find names that gel well together when spoken; I wouldn't even use the stats. Great job with the compilation though...day off from work today?

The list is good as is. People don't really want to have their names random-generated, at least not the Roleplayers of SWG. In most cases a person's character is sacred and they put a lot of thought into their name, they want it to mean something to them. The random generator stats are really just for folks creating NPCs and minor characters. If people want to random generate an NPC they can always use the in-game one or just use the classic tool... eeny, meeny, miney, mo.

If thats the over all setiment, cool with me. When I was doin the Twi'leks I thought about adding it to all of them but desided to see if there was an honest need for it or not. Thanks for the input.
