Personally, I think the woman that sued the girls ought to be dragged out into the courtyard and shot. I hope that the next things that are left on her porch are not so nice!

Of all the rediculous shit. The lawer, judge and the plaintif should all be draged out in the street and shot. Idiots like these are the ones responcible for the decline in general politness in our society. The girls wanted to do some thing nice and THEY GET FINED 900 BILLS. Just goes to show that no good dead goes unpunished.

Did you catch the last bit? The judge thought that "10:30 was a little late for them to be out".
Are you shitting me.
THE GIRLS WERE 17 AND 18 YEARS OLD.
Umm, I don't know about Colorado, but where I come from, 18 is a legal adult and 17 is the age at which curfew is no longer enforceable. Was he trying to make a point that adults need to be in bed by 10:30 on weekends?
Suck it, hag. I wonder how old the judge was? I can't wait till my generation gets to be judges and elected officials. All these old shriveled f'ers have got their heads up their asses.
While we are talking about shooting judges, lawyers, and litigants, let's not forget the moron's that sit on juries. They are equally responsible for the runaway sums of money being awarded to idiots who spill hot coffee on their crotch or stuffing their fat faces with greasy shit.
I am gonna sue the next girl scout that comes to my door trying to sell me shit because girl scout cookiees made me a lump. How much do you think I will get? At least enough to buy another box, I would wager.

**This is just my opinion***
This is yet another shining example of the corruption of the legal system. It would be unfair, in fact to claim that our justice system is causing all of these cases. The root of the problem stems from a culture of ignorance in the United States. It all comes down to accountability or lack thereof. As a society, some Americans feel that they are not accountable for their actions. This ignorance branches out into everything in our culture. It's educators "fault" that our childeren are not taught properly. It's McDonald's fault my coffee is too hot and I spilled it. BS.
In my honest opinion, most Americans prefer ignorance. It's lazy and it's wrong.

Unfortunatly, as a history teacher put it to me, our society is on the road of the Roman Empire. the one thing the greatly helped their down fall was a shift from a guilt culture to a shame culture. Let me clearify for a sec. Guilt is when you do something bad your feel bad for doing it, shame is when you do something bad you get caught then you feel bad about it. Today our society is in transition. The majority of America has become a shame culture, altough there are a few of us who still fall into the guilt culture catagory. On the other end of the spectrum there are Americans who have created a new culture of blame, I do something bad I get caught and it's everyones fault but mine.

But is there a solution to all of the malicious litigation going on in our country?
I have one...if you sue someone and lose, you pay them. Bam. No more of this bullshit.
If all of the sudden their is a cost associated with losing a civil case, thenI betcha one bajillion dollars that frivoulous law suits like the one this hag presented decrease dramatically. These types of cases make my blood boil.
You thought you were having a heart attack? Gee, when my dad though he was having a heart attack (which he WAS coincidentally), it took him about 20 seconds to decide to call an ambulance. It must have been a really dire situation for her, considering she didn't go to the hospital till the NEXT MORNING.
Bastard.

Just heard that a local radio station raised money to pay the fines for the girls...they rose over 5,000 dollars. The girls said that the access money will go towards a charity put up to memorialize the Colibine victums.
