Ok, as everyone is aware, I'm sure, the old trade outpost in Nocturnus was destroyed by a griefer a few weeks ago. We were a little pissed and hurt, but we got over it really quick and started working on a new Nocturnus trade outpost.

This time around, we decided on a different theme, one more in line with the original one we had that was where the med center is now (frankly the old one that got destroyed was only half decorated). So, we're going with the theme of it being a cargo depot where merchants sell their wares and weary travelers can take a load off and relax. As of right now, it's about 50% decorated and I'm gonna try to get another 25% of it done tonight, although I can't finish it until the new patch goes live and large houses go to a 400 item storage limit. Dwilah, Seret, Skorixor, Mess'tar, and I have been working really hard on this, so without further delay...here's a little sneak peak. The screenies don't do it justice, so you'll just have to stop by and check it out for yourselves (plus I like to throw around some easter eggs in my decorating if you look around):

We're hoping that everyone will use the cargo depot not just to shop, but as an RP location too. Like we do with Ruby's in Nocturnus now. I've already got some things planned to draw people to it for RP once it's done.

The droid with the serving tray is a mix of mine and Skorixor's work. It's an R2 Chassis with a land mine above it's head with drinks on it. Then Skorixor sunk some staffs into its legs to make it look like the tray is attached to the unit.

Out of curiosity, how'd you get the heads to disapear on the protocol droid chasis? It doesn't look like there's anything over them.

Those are the droid chassis schematic loot drops that are in game now. They are protocol droids without heads when you make them and you can use them to store up to 50 items in them.

Holy JEBUS that stuff looks smokin' hot guys.

The crane, and the droid assembly line are my two favs, but way to use droids and vendors to populate that area.

The OLD trading post was awesome, and this is now awesomer by a factor of ten.
