This is more of a GM book. It has chapters not only on creating NPC's but on how to run a campaign. Tomorrow I'm going to post the Sustalins (I think i spelt that right) and starting next week I'm going to start posting species backgrounds and personality traits from the Ultimate Alien Anthology.
