What are y'all gonna go with? Personally, I haven't decided. Everyone and their brother seems to be after the anti-decay kit (possibly the worst idea for an item ever). I just hope that they all decide to use them before the CU on their 100% resist armor or uber weapons.

Cuz when the CU hits, they just screwed themselves. He he he.

I am thinking that the "for fun" ones will be my choices.

I like the action figures.

What is the anti-decay kit supposed to do? Slow down decay?

The way people are talking about it, it eliminates decay from one item.

I don't know for sure, but that seems to be the case.

I picked YT lounge seating, 3P0, and X-wing.

Checked in the Forums...the Director of Community relations said that it stops decay...period.

I'll probably go with some sort of decoration..

Well I like the idea of an Anti-Decay kit. Now I won't be afraid to use the attachments I loot, I can put them in some clothes and not have to worry about losing the bonus or money I put into them. I'm not so conerned about the weapon decay. I think this was needed because the repair system stinks.

I got a prenerf FWG5 that has 338 max damage and 1.9 attack speed. I think I would use the decay kit on that.

Yeah I can see that but I would wait until after the combat revamp as Del'tar pointed out. I'd hate to have wasted it.

Yes, I must reiterate, I would NOT not use the kit until the revamp. Everything written about it at this point indicates a drastic change in how everything related to combat works. I think I read that armor will be nerfed to a max of 50% resist on anything and the whole idea with the 3 types of weapon damage available to an individual weapon is going to change the weapon stats and their significances.

Hang on to it...or better yet...sell it to some uber PvP'er with tons of cash tomorrow. I think I saw a post at SOE for someone who wanted to pay 80 mil for it?

Well I think you can get one thing from each category. So one storm trooper, one furniture thing, and one Anti decay kit. I will hang onto the kit untill the combat revamp because like was already stated. Everything will change so we need to wait and see.

No...you can get one item from one category. This question was addressed in the SOE forum about the vet rewards.

There are 3 categories for each level of "veteranism"...for fun, for the home, and for the field. At each level of veteran status (3 month, 6 month, 12 month, 24 month) you can choose 1 item from 1 category. That is it. So don't be too hasty in your judgement.
