Looking for a Chef Vendor

I'm looking for a Chef vendor that carries a wide variety of food stuffs. In particular, I'm looking for Citrus Snowcakes. Can anyone offer up a WP to a good chef vendor?

Talk to Dwilah. I think she set up her new Chef vendor in the lounge of the new Trade Outpost (Cargo Center) in Noct but if not she should have some stuff to sell ya anyway.

I dropped Chef recently and I don't have any Citros Snow Cakes pre-made...sorry Ill.

Until Dwilah's is up and running, check out Catorak's vendor near Solace. I'll send you a wp, he does miracles with food.
