A growing trend...

I noticed something. My freind showed me Xfire one day after we had played counter strike on his computer. I thought it was neat and then began to notice after I had attached Xfire to my sig, more Xfire sigs started poping up. Now I know that I am not the first one to have it from this forum...well at least I think I am not. I thought though it is kinda neat to see all these people get it after I got it. Not trying to take credit from anyone just though it was neat.

Even greater still is the ability of Firefox to block images.

(Not baggin' on ya, just sayin' that I find the Xfire sig files to be excessive, so I block 'em all so I don't have to see 'em).

;)

Its an IM system that works in DirectX modes, so you can see messages unobtrusively in any game you are playing and respond with out alt-tabbing. It also shows what games your friends are playing as well and tracks the time spend and what server they are connected to. Its very nice, especially if you play multiple games and want to be accessible while playing another...
