Jedi Screwed as Bounty Hunters Giggle

I was just checking out Galaxies main sight and found a complaint on the Gorath boards that the TEF patch had a bug in it that allowed the Bounty Hunter to begin combat with a target Jedi but the Jedi could not fight back. So unless the Jedi had that Force sprit ability the Jedi was screwed. Has anyelse heard of this? I'm half tempted to find all those jedi that ran around in gank squads looking for Bounty Hunters.

I can't verify this, but it seems very common that bugs seem to revolve around the Jedi system.

I read about this on the SOE boards and the post in Gorath is BS...they guy that said that was talking about a bug that was fixed on TS before the patch today. That tread is locked with 2 responses from SOE in it.

Heh, if the Jedi was tough enough be trying to gain FRS then you aren't gonna take them down.

I'm not certain what "Force Spirit" is. It's not a ability on any of my skill trees.

Hey not a jedi here so not sure what it's called but its the thing that lets you run really f-in fast.

The bugg I was talkin bout didn't let the jedi fight back so it didn't even matter if the guy was a master sith. He couldn't fight back so their only option was to run. But alas that bugg is fixed and I cannt pay back those sorry gank squaders...Oh well.

I think its /forcerun and /forcerun2 (which is like vehicle speed). I don't feel sorry for Jedi, if they play their cards right they will grind out these unbelievable defensive skills first thing and will have no problem getting away.

You would think that Jabe but I don't believe it's that easy. I mean without a lightsaber I believe gaining Jedi XP would be all but impossible. So you really have to waste a good deal of time getting at least one of the lightsaber skills to a decent level before you could even start thinking about forcerun.

Sorry as an aspiring Jedi myself as I've mentioned before I've been studying Jedi Templates and really I think they have more work in order to become a balanced profession then most other professions. Jedi you can correct me if I'm wrong.
