I quit playing galaxies out of distaste for the fact that jedi were everywhere and i couldnt handle seeing so many of them in a time period they dont belong. I am considering coming back to gorath and playing again. I just want to know if i am going to be seeing 5 jedi to every starport like i was before i quit? it has been a good long while and i was wondering if its worth coming back or will the ever growing jedi frustrate me even more than it used to. Any infor would be appreciated.

There are just as many Jedi, but they aren't standing around publicly as much as they were when you quit. Actually there are probably more Jedi as many people are finally graduating to Padawan under the new system now.

I rarely see Jedi myself, but I don't stand around in Theed all day either. Either way the new GCW updates and TEF system is worth a try. They have changed a LOT since you left.

I don't know. PvP hasn't changed much to be honest.

so my old student has returned...

yeah lots of jedi, lots of crap, lots of thesame afk barker toons and entertainers, if you dont have over 20 million your poor,and dots/buffs/jedi own pvp, did i mention all the crap? BUT the roleplay is kickin ass! and i would go as far as to say that rp is becoming more accepted arround the server because of all of us on this site so now is a good time to come back

also the new GCW system allows you to be "overt" to the npc's but untouchable in pvp. so thats good and you could always hunt aakuans a bit and sell some skill attachments for a few million and be right back in financial security

the whole 20 million or poor thing scares me considering i quit with like 2 million. Does jedi effect the jump to light speed stuff any ?

I have less than 150k dont even try to get my sympathy... Im the poorest of the poor.

This is assuming my character even still exist lol. They supposedly clear the banks periodically so I may be starting from scratch. I'll keep yall informed and i may have to make a new profile if i get a new character.

My toon was over a year old when I came back and he was still exactly like I had left. So your toon is probably alright. :-D

I went imperial to get the badges thinking it would help me get jedi before i decided the whole process was go. So that means ill be spending my remaining millions on fp to go back to rebel lol.

Hey Duo I remember you from back in the day. Though it was only via your posts how u been man?

I do remember you from the Roba. Every time I saw your name I would think of Gundam for some off the hook reason

Been doing alright... and to the above post you aren't off the hook at all. When i was 12 i was obsessed with gundam wing and duo maxwell was my favorite character. Therefore i made a gamer tag named duoxtreme and over time it has turned into DuoX. So there you go lol.
