I've lost the link, but there's a guy who makes and sells 'em, looks just like those. Bungie has two of that guy's (I don't think it's the guy who made that suit pictured there) in their office, and the Red vs. Blue guys might even have one.

I was thinking about making a metal version of a character I drew up. I was going to use some servos and an Iris piece from Edmunds to make a mechanical optic/eye... I have a friend who agreed to weld the parts once i got them shaped. I just aint had the money for the metal.
