AND the fish loses his buffs too
and we made it ALL the way to the ackley cave
that's right, no lie
Now we're just waiting for the damn thing to spawn

Will LD Dooo live? I logged him under aggro durress (klik caught in wall) in the acklay cave. I tried to find the safest place, but there are none. If I'm lucky he'll poof in time so that I don't login a beached carp tomorrow.
Will I get to see an acklay???? The story continues tomorrow...

I managed to burst run out of the cave with a ton o baddies following me, but the only thing that stayed on me was an enhanced kwi, and after 1.5k of running i decided to fight it and move on

Good job, Chieftans. Thanks to campers I was able to get to ackley cave twice. Once alone and once with the player formerly known as Tensonic.
Sadly, the Ackley is on a HUGE spawn timer and your wait would of been quite boring.
Keep up the good fight.

the even crazier thing, the only spawn campers were in the actual cave
we FOUGHT our entire way there!

I logged in to see if if there was an acklay, dead fish, insta-aggro - whatever. I was alive, there were no campers, LOTSA red dots all around, but no ack. I logged out w/o moving. Will try again later, or if we all get together at the cave late tonight, I'll be waiting.

I still want to know how you took that thing down unbuffed. I thought it was supposed to be pretty damn tough. Not to say Dooo isn't a badass, we all know he is. I just thought it was as tough as a Krayt or the Gorax. They nerf it or something?
