*kicks herself* I forgot I think Weyune has citizenship in Nocturnus too I completly forgot. Id do it if I was still a resident. My alt Ryoo, however, might now be a citizen of Tera, if the borders of the city reach far enough out to the house she declared residency in. I'll check and see on that ASAP.

Vreese voted for ya, Ehili! Batty doesn't really 'reside' anywhere though. I dropped a guild hall over by Yala's with him to act as Espan's Palace after I can get him started as a Slaver Crimelord. Check sometimes you can have duel citizenship because dropping a house and declaring residence is not removing your residence from another city, know this for a fact since i still pay personal tax in Fort Freedom and I live and have my residence in Tranquiility.
