So here's my latest music video, which I finished shooting and editing today. It's done entirely with in game footage.

It is 3:43 in length, and about a 26mb dload.

Now here are the warnings:

I would classify this video as R RATED for the content. It has a variety of things that you would see in an R rated movie, so I am labeling this music video with it as well. The main subject is drug use (no she's not using stimpacks, even though it might look like she is) but there are other aspects that would be R rated as well. I am not going to go into all of them, so I don't give away the whole video.

So now that you have been warned, on to the video...

It was filmed in a variety of settings, in Nocturnus, in Mos Eisley, and at the Roba on 3/11...so if you were at the Roba then, you are prolly in the video

Nice. One question though. When she's doing the /puke animation, is she supposed to really be puking, or is she supposed to be breaking down crying?

wow... just a few things....

One, (and please hold back your pokes of fun for this one this is truly serious) Thank you. I really feel a lot of emotion in this video. It actaully brought tears to my eyes... I know, well knew, someone here at school who was a drug abuser, and she killed herself. Now I wasn't the best of friends with her, not by any means. But I met her a few times, and found out a lot about her life, and just how sad it was. And, not knowing her all that well, I told her that everything would be alright, but it wasn't. I really enjoyed watching this video, it means a hell of a lot to me now.

Two. Overall, great job on the video. I love the tune, and I like that it's a pretty complete story in just under 4 minutes.

What song was playing during the crawl? I thought I recognized it, but only vaguely.

nyase: she's supposed to be puking, since i figure you puke in game with drugs, they ought to for the video

shadowpaw: I'm glad you liked the video and were moved by it. I try to make videos that tell a story that anyone can relate to

deltar: the intro song is the intro to "easier to run" by linkin park off of meteora, same album where the main song "breaking the habit" came from

First off, excellent video, very powerful and moving.

I remember her that night at that Roba. It was cool that I was in the video, though it did deal with a very serious issue, but I wouldn't want to feel that me and the other dancers at the Roba were in it as being just another part of why Asteroff was so upset.

I didn't know she felt so bad IC I was roleplaying out being nice to her, as Weyune respect all other entertainers.

wow, I'm truly flattered to see that the video has sparked some emotions in people...

isleh:as far as asteroff, she was a character of zan's I have borrowed/taken and she has not been deleted...she will be around for a while

weyune: as far as the "movie asteroff" is concerned, you lovely ladies were part of her many problems...her not being accepted as desirable, led her down a rough path (especially when Jabe wouldn't give her the time of day as he stared at the lovely ladies, the dick )...as far as her IG character, it hasn't quite been hashed out yet (since she essentially was just a lot holder character, nothing more) but I think she will have some of the vibe from the video...as to where it leads her, who knows...

but she is around...you will see her again...

EDIT: let me rephrase something...you ladies were part of her problem, but not you ladies specifically, just beuatiful twi/zab females in general who got all the attention while she got little to none

I'm a fan of the use of Linkin Park. Very good band, actually my favourite as far as alternative music goes. (Kind of a Celtic/Instrumental nut.)
Next video you should use "In the end"
That's my favourite song of all time.
