Does anyone know where to procure one without paying an outrageous amount?

There is a quest near the ruined temple on Dantooine where you get one as a reward. An NPC near there sends you fight a Jedi trainee. I have to admit that part was fun.

Problem is after the Jedi Revamp all old Holos were broken. Now when you recieve the pretty cool looking Sith Holocron you can't remove it from you inventory nor drop it in a house. Its pretty much useless.

Is that a question or a statement? If its true then you're luckier than I. The one I had wouldn't drop in my house when I tried. Maybe a silent bug fix took care of it.

I just bought one for 200k and dropped it in my house, and 200k is the cheapest I've seen

Greeeeeeeeat, after I couldn't drop it in my house I just deleted the thing.

I'm going to have to get another, through an alt or something.

Are you kidding me 200k? I have like a 100 of those sith holos after soloing the imp weapons fas all day. I have light side holos and dark side. I could start up a holocron super market.
