Vet Reward Question

I've already claimed my rewards as Jerrel. Just resently I logged on as a character on another server that I've had sitting there since launch but never played it. When I went on though all I was able to claim was the ship and nothing else. However when I created a character on TC5 I was allowed to pick up vet rewards for him. Anyone know whats the deal with that? Is the vet rewards one time per acount or per character? If its per account then why was I able to get rewards on a new toon on TC5?

From what I understand you get to claim yer vet rewards once on TC no matter where else you have claimed them, for testing purposes I suppose. From what I read once you claim them on TC that 1 time you will not be able to claim them again.
