For the Apprentice how about Sven or Slara Starvoid (last name optional and this gives you a guy/girl name to play with).

And <incert Lord, Count, even Baron, or Master title here> Zygomneme Kilden, for the Master. ((this could be tweaked to be a guy or girl and be fitting for many different races within the galaxy))

Are you talking the "Darth...." name?

Bust out a thesaurus and look up synonyms for the attributes these characters exhibit.

Malice, venom, insipid, ruthless, carnage, sever, maim, crush.. that sort of thing.

From these, you can probably twist the spelling and the pronucation to get a name.
