I got tickets to the midnight showing thanks to my wife.

So, who else got their EPIII tickets today and when and where are you going to see it?

I haven't gotten any tickets yet. I'm going to take my time on this one. I'm sure that most of you will have seen it 2-3 times before I get around to it.

When I do see it, it'll be at Muvico Palace 20 in the balcony. Right here in ol' Boca Raton.

With the exception of Episode 1 of which a cop friend got me in to a THX certified theater opening day, I never go see these things first week. I just don't enjoy packed theaters or the insanity. I can wait a bit..

My state fan club has a theater rented out...

I don't have any tickets yet because I'm having surgery on the 5th and I don't know how recovered I'll be by the showing. I mean, surely I'll be well enough to sit in a theater for a movie, but I just dunno yet.

I always have been at the midnights showings of the prequels (and i can tell you, i've never seen a crowd in a cinema freak out as much as when the Star Wars title appears and the main title starts playing ^^).

Haven't got tickets for Episode 3 though, they have not started the presale by now here in germany, the distributor has not yet allowed any presales. Most probably next week, and i'll for sure be there when the cinema opens 8-) (no online or phone orders for presale tickets here in my region, so i have to be there in the crowd to get some ^^).

I think we've got an IMAX nearby in Evansville, IN near the Illinois border where I live. Most likely I'm going to wait till it's there and has been out for at least a week to snag it. I'm finding as I enter my mid-twenties... I don't like dealing with the crowds. So, I'll probably catch a midnight showing myself. Me, a couple of people in the audiance, and the big screen. :-D

Oh my... i'm getting closer and closer to the end of my twenties each day and i can't imagine anything better than to be at the first midnight showing of Episode 3 :P
