Once in a while, check the "Roleplayer" box in the Search Tab of the Community Window (CTRL+P). Execute the search and see who comes up. I found two fledgling RP'ers last night that had no idea about our community. I sent them info about us and this site address and they're checking us out
I now plan to do this search by Roleplayer every time I land on a new planet and crosscheck against the Spontaneous RP Contact List. You never know who might be out there...starving for some RP.
If any haven't already done so, it might be a good idea too to mark yourself as Roleplayer in your Personal Tab. Of course, on a search we'd now see more already familiar names but there may also be those unknown folks still out there. Hit 'em up!
This is also good for seeing where already known and familiar RP'ers are on your planet. In case you need to spice up a scene, you can call upon a nearby fellow roleplayer who may be available to help you.
Just another source to connect our community. It's like SETI for Roleplayers :-D
