SWG Tales

If there was any single character in the Star Wars movies and books that you would like to have your character be well known towards, who would it be?

Some of us may have already included some famous names as familiar friends or enemies in IC posts. Who are they?

Personally, I'm tempted to pick so many characters, but that'd be kinda lame. It's a huge galaxy and my character's not going to know everyone...

So, I'm going to pick The Tonnika Sisters, Brea & Senni, that larcenous conwoman duo featured in the Cantina scene in Episode 4. My toon's a hustler above anything else and I could see him running into these two more than once in the criminal fringe.

Not to limit anyone's future stories, but ...I'm wide awake and the server's down early :lol: This is just for the sake of saying "just for the sake"...

(and just in case there are any EU fanatics out there, I read the story too about the Tonnika's being impersonated in Ep 4. I'm talking about the real ones )

But from the books I liked Mara Jade but i would not want to be her because she is the other gender.

That brings me to another point. I have watched EP 6 9999999 times and still have yet to see Mara Jade in Jabba's palace. Do any of you know where to look?

After re reading the post I now know what it means lol.

Jaminos would still know Boba Fett from run ins while both attempted to capture a bounty.

Talon Karrde because Jaminos flys for the Smuggler's Allience.

Han Solo before he knew luke and Leia after Jaminos ambushed Solo while he smuggled spices.

Jabba because any good bounty hunter works for him one point in time.

Luke from time to time when they went to Anchorhead and bumped into each other. (Jaminos lived on Tatooine before he was a bounty hunter)

Grand Admril Thrawn after he did some "Special" missions to set some plans into set.

The list goes on and on =P

Who would you NOT know in the SWG universe? Looks like you'd even have ties to Aunt Beru and Uncle Owen. Maybe they invited you over for some blue milk or something. I also heard they swing.

As for me.....hmmmmmm

I'd have to say the only two that cross my mind are Lando and Talon Karrde. Talon because I like his style and would be inclined to work with him. Lando just because I want to gamble and throw back of few with that bad mothertrucker.

No he was on stage. Remember, we puked for about an hour afterwards and it wasn't from the cheap beer.

Not in posts, but in my RP telling of how Ekade wound up on Tatooine I do hint at a possible connection to a main character.

Ekade promised this person not to reveal anything... but if you know the tale it is not too hard to guess who I am referring to.

My second guess would be that Worrt you see chillin' outside Jabba's Palace.

Long after the history that led them to Tatooine in exile from their destroyed clan city on Ryloth; Vreese became very familiar with Captain Ackbar as she climbed in rank in the Rebellion and took a liking to her brief time as a commander for the Lunatic Fringe in the Roche Astroid field working with the Verpine to develop a fighter ((not the B-wing, something entirely of my own invention from table top day RPing)); This coincided with Ackbar's B-wing fighter development in a nearby astroid facility Vreese was stationed at. Many of her relations to any 'known' characters would stim from there.

Batak ran into Obi-wan about a year before the events of A New Hope and learned most of what patience he did have from him. Any connections Batak has to 'known' characters stim from, instead, Captain Storm ((a non-existant in game character)) and some ties from Ryloth.

besides the whole SW universe, you can't even possibly know Grand Advil Thrawn, because he isn't even an admiral or a grand admiral, or even have a fleet yet to command

I would say I am fairly familiar with jabba given the fact I was a slave at his palace. I am also confident I have at least shaken my booty for a young han solo prior to his falling out with jabba.

My Character really wouldn't know anyone's names other than Jabba, Boba Fett, and the entertainers at the palace.
