Well I just came from the CU Upgrade part of the board. From what I have seen over there the following things have hapened:

1. The Anti Christ has now been confirmed as Tiggs.

2. The game has been reduced to the consistency or pea soup

3. According to the people there they are leaving in 'droves'

4. The Four Four Horsemen of the Apocolypse have decided to each Quad Kite 4 Jedi Masters thru the planes of Tatooine when one drops they find another Jedi to torture till he dies.

5. The Combat system is broken and the death toll is about three people less than that of the Tsunami that hit Malaysia.

6. The Glowing Baloney Slicers of Doom the Jedi wield have been 'nerfed'

7. My Composite Armour has now become what aproximates to that of a chicken suit without the wings.

8. People have left in droves so all that is left is the handicapped people that cant reach the power button and are stuck till someone comes into check on them and ask if they need anything.

And we all know a chicken suit without wings is useless. :P

hooray, the game crashed before my brain pressure achieved critical mass... and all these segs I have for grinding my AS are worse than paper wieghts. so dont think they only screwed combatants... SOE is officially "Teh SuCk!"

thank you SOE for ruining hours of work and money that my char has a hard enough time coming by... As much as I am trying now not to use explatives... Those jerks can get bent!

How bout when you spend 100mil on a helmet that now your to scared to use cause ADK's dont work on armor anymore.

I like how I cant even get on the game now.. I was close to leaving before, and aside from returning some borrowed things I could drop this game with no concern for my stuff.

It really ticks me off that they made such a drastic change with so many errors thats why I quit after launch. DAOC put out MANY MANY huge changes, and mythic made sure that customers weren't lab rats... SOE has no shame. seriously.

I seriously thing SOE's moto is "We dont pay testers...testers pay us!". I used to think Ultima Online was bad for the changes they did on that game...but man was I wrong. If I didnt love Chal and Star Wars so much, I would be gone already.

I was in game tonight.. and it did feel wierd.. half-baked I guess.

I suggest we just chill for a little while and see if things get better. Things are pretty messed up atm.. but just take it easy for a bit. If playing is too much a frustration, then don't play for a few days.

You guys could always send in bug reports and offer feedback on the official forums.

I have no weapon worth ANYTHING (a republic blaster, my weapon of choice, is now Master Pistoleer weapon class and I'm working with a corsec scout blaster until the bazaars and vendors are fixed...), I get incapped and DBed in one fell swoop by things I don't even SEE, my creatures are not only nerfed (once level 31 with 300+ damage, now max 200 with min 60something and lvl 20something I think..), but aren't responding to me after I respec to try bounty hunter (I didn't even touch my creature handler tree or scout tree). My BE pet that I've had since shortly after taking on Creature Handler is now 'up nerfed' to a level I can't control simply because of it's hit points and damage amount I can't peace, I watched a Greater Sludge Panther get taked down by A PAPALOPE because of it not responding to 'attack', and I'm apparently going to be owned by many things in this game simply because I don't have an elite profession level worth squat yet...

If you don't see me out doing much hunting for awhile, that's why. I'm not leaving, I'm not going to go off and leave something I've invested time and effort into, but I'm going to stick to RP for awhile until my level is out of the fourties......maybe master scout and marksman or something.... :apply head to desk:

I know everyone needs to vent because their gaming world has now been turned upside down. I won't stop you but I do ask that you cool down a bit. There is far too many "I hate the CU and SOE" threads going on at once here. Try to confine it to one or two threads. By no means am I telling you all you are wrong or that you shouldn't express yourself. I only suggest you confine it more. I do not want every thread in this forum to be nothing but rants.

But if I could offer an opinion it would be this. Give it one month, try it out and get used to it. Discover your new abilities and adapt to using new weapons. If you lost it let it go and concentrate on what you've gained. Try to at least objectify it all and take it all in first.

Just a friendly suggestion. I hate to see everyone so stressed over a game.

A BE razor I have was "adjusted" to level 214...





The good news is that I can have 3 Greater Sludge Panthers out at the same time now once again.

Think you can do the same with 3 Crimson Razors too.
