Every time I try to get out, they pull me back in! :lol:

20 minutes ago, standing in the supermarket checkout line, I couldn't resist TV Guide's Revenge of the Sith "Special Effects Covers".

The five 3-D multi-angle covers consist of:

- The Final Battle (Anakin & Obi-Wan in 3 lightsaber parry/blocks)

- Anakin & Darth Vader (Anakin in 3 stages of solemn Jedi/red-eyed Sith disciple/Sith Lord in full armor)

- Padme & Leia (My favorite! Padme morphing into her mom, Princess Leia)

- The Emperor (Supreme Chancellor morphing into Sith Emperor)

- The Wookiees (Gang o' Wookiees in full hollerin' mode)

So what shlock have you recently bought that you would not usually have if not for Revenge of the Sith?

:evicts some old comics from their mylar homes to accomodate the new arrivals

Yeah, my gf bought mr the three faces of Anakin one on a whim at the grocery store. It is pretty cool lookin!

The Mace Windu Ultimates figure.

I had sworn off of action figures, 'till I saw him at Target, and had to buy him. Because, y'know, Mace Windu vs. Morpheus on my bookshelf in one of my offices at work.

Well...as a lot of people here know, I'm a whore for Star Wars, so I have to admit to buying a lot of stuff so far.

I bought a couple of boxes of Crispix so I could get the R2D2 cereal bowl (and thew out all but one box of the cereal because no one in the house likes it), the EPIII TV games thing (the 16 bit Darth Vader game controller that has like 6 games on it), and a couple of the new action figures...I had to get preggers Padme, because it's just kinda funny.

Dude, chexmix. Only the homemade stuff is good, the bagged stuff is pretty sub-par.

Woops! Yeah, getting the real actors ages confused with the characters...

Sub "daughter" for "mom" in my initial post.

And looking at the picture again you can see that the kid got into mom's "Holo-Book of Hairstyles". They're both rockin' the star-buns.
