with the vet reward of resource deeds, I know they give you 30k of any resource...is it a one shot deal? or can it be repeated? and if so how often?
It's a one shot. You claim your reward and the deed is gone.
If you mean, when you gather 180 days more in game, can you get another 30k deed? No, also. The 30k, Antidecay, and Self Powering Harvester Deed were all one time rewards.
