I want to get rid of these:
*AA - One Handed Melee Damage +4 (SOLD!)
AA - Pistol Accuracy +5
I never seem to have luck selling AA's.. Just toss me some offers, they gotta go!

I think I'm speed capped on one hand... but is there a cap for dmg? If not, I'll post a bid for the 1H.

I don't believe there are any cap's anymore to speed, accuracy or damage if there was one. I believe this changed with the CU.

Tiggs says there are no caps, but what are called "diminished returns", meaning that as your numbers get really high, changes will mean less.
IF you are at 100 acc and you are modded to 125, there will be a significant difference in the amount of damage you deal per hit. If you are at 300 and are modded to 25 there will be a very small difference in the amount of damage you deal per hit.
That's not to say that the 300 guy doesn't do a crap load of damage, its just that the difference between 300 and 325 may only be a couple of points, where as the diff between 100 and 125 will be more than that.
Also watch out for what you are using to mod your skills. The BE 25 point cap IS still in effect and there are lots of reports of the clothing not working at all, even at low levels.

When I was a tailor I would often consult my clients to get educated on how skill tapes worked.
One thing to keep in mind, under the old system you could see say a +30 bonus on your character's "numbers", but behind the scenes the cap of +25 was still there.
Moral of the story, the Character skills numbers were false under the pre-CU system. Do you homework and make sure you fully understand how these work post-CU before investing heavily.
