As a kid watching Batman on tv loved the original villains, campy as they were. Burgess Meredith, Frank Gorshin, and Caesar Romero will always be the first iamges that pop into my mind's eye when I think of the Penguin, Ridcler, and the Joker. Special props to Lee Meriweather on her sexy catsuit during her stint as Catwoman during the original Batman movie.

Of all of the '60s TV Batman villains, Gorshin's Riddler was my favorite.
Being a big original Star Trek fan, even more I remember Gorshin's portrayal of Commisioner Beal. To this day, everytime I see that performance I'm impressed. What a forceful personality and believability he put into that character.
And the guy had a natural grace in his movements. It was smooth and unnerving at the same time. He moved "dangerously".

Yes his turn on Trek was also a classic, Gorshin was considered one of the great impressionists doing his standup in the 60's & 70's. Given the way talent is exposed and exploited these days I think if Gorshin had been born in 1964 instead of 1934 I think he would be a huge star today.
