Until everyone gets a chance to see it, I'll say:

With Episode 5: The Empire Strikes Back being my "10" for a Star Wars movie, I'll give Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith an "8".

A New Hope
ROTS
Jedi

I know X'an isn't seeing it until tonight, but I'm waiting on pins and needles for his ROTS rating...
