I need to let all of you know that I probably won't be in-game for another couple of days.

Something else is going on. Windows randomly shuts down progams now ("experiencing a problem and needs to close").

Same thing happenned once to Internet Explorer. Kicked me off the net.

Luckily my buddy runs a computer service. I'm just waiting for him to get time to diagnose and fix. Sux, because I set time aside to play and I'm gonna miss out on alot of content and skill progression in the next few days.

I know what you mean Keer. I experience an abnormally high level of rage when my ISP pukes on me. And service is always slow as hell to come fix anything.

One time my cable modem went out and I called for service. Their reply, "Well next week looks bad, how's thursday the following week look for you?"

Like I want to wait 10 days for them to send some goon to my house and restore my lifeline.

"Well, we'll be more than happy to take the downtime off your monthly bill." Gee, thanks.

Aww man that sucks big time, I was hoping to get some more interaction with your character at the Roba, Maybe apologize for the other night and get to knock back a few with ya and such...

Heh...thats when you do like me and goto college to learn how to fix stuff. Now that I've finished my IT Security degree, I threaten my boss with IP Injection if he pisses me off :P

The last Windows Update that went out has some problems...Explorer randomly crashes on my one machines, but not the other...If you have gotten Win Updates recently, this could be contributing to your problems.

Aside from AOL causing glitches, our computer has been good ever since hubby erased everything and started over from scratch. That was...last summer I think.

Yes that will do it....Reformatting is something I do to each of my machines atleast once a year. Its a pain in the ass, but in the long run it saves you time and headaches.

I'd love to do something like that, but I have too much stuff that I can't lose because I can't replace it. I'm too cheap/too broke/too lazy to manage funds to buy an external hard drive to move it to, and the 2 HDs on my other comps are full.

It's too bad, too. I have some adware that has slipped past my 4 prong defense and no one can find a problem in my HijackThis log.
