My overwhelming vote goes to Yoda, telling Palpatine:

Immediately, it goes right up there on my list with Doc Holliday's "I'm your huckleberry" from Tombstone.

when put into context, I think it was powerful.
But even more powerful:

"You were my brother, I loved you!"
That was the most powerful line in the movie for me. I think this was the Obi Wan trilogy, now having seen this one...

I can't remember the exact quote, but Palpatine stating "The Dark Side of the force is considered by many to be...unnatural."

It really had that original series ring to it. "The Force, it surrounds us, binds us together; luminous beings are we." But, y'know, the other perspective on it.

Palplatine shouting "Ultimate Power!" He is so pure in his intentions.. I love it.

Well, Palpy is either:

A) Mocking the old He-man cartoon with his hands ourstretched as if holding that 'power' sword and he's really saying, "By the power of Greyskull, I Have The Power!!!!"

B) Can't remember what the right words for unleashing the Dark Side Powers from the Necronomicon were; So, he's just mumble winging it like a certain other B-movie actor is famous for doing time and again.

Or

C) He's got a cold. That's not lines... it's mucus build up. "Hul... Ti... Ma...," Palpy coughs," Pow..." <mutters to self> "Damn gungan allergies."

Yeah.. I am not 100% certain. "Ultimate Power" was my best guess. Regardless.. him screaming that was awesome. He was absolutely drunk with power. That is one intense dude.
