SWG error?

I'm having some trouble with SWG, for some reason every time I try to launch the game (Press the play button) I get a an error that says it's trying to transmit a log, and immedately stops responding. When it does start to load the Gorath it crashes immedately during the loading screen and I get the same first error followed by another that says "We have detected a client crash. If you have not recently done so, we recommend that you click "Full Scan" from the LaunchPad to check the integrity of the game's files."

Now I've done Full Scan two or three times now and keep having the same problem, I even tried closing my Panda Anti-Virus in case there was a problem with the firewall or something but still get the same error. Any suggestions?

full scan, then under the game options theres a way to turn off error/bug reporting (click on debug tab, then configure)
