so once again my dsl is out, so I call up the "friendly" tech support
I tell them what happened just 36 hrs ago
but guess what, we have to go through the procedure ALL OVER AGAIN...
ok pal, we'll play your way
tech- ok do this
me - stares at screen, does nothing, ok I did it
repeat
gets to the point where I have to do stuff, so I do all the crap, once again telling the guy what happened before
so finally it gets to the point where the "line checks ok" so it must be on MY end..
me- so what do I do know, I pay for this service that's GUARANTEED
tech - contact your comp manufacturer
me - it's custom built
tech - well contact the manufact...
me - I already did, I MADE IT
tech - well then you'll have to config...(interrupted)
me - let me talk to your supervisor
tech - they will tell you the same thing
me - let me talk to your supervisor
so come to find out, the idiot firs tof all lied and said that when it was broke before, there wazs no problems in the area....the supervisor said there was, but now there wasn't a problem...so we go through more thorough checks than what the previous douchbag could do...still coming up ok and she said all she could do was put me on the "suspicion board"...oooooh the suspicion board!...meaning one guy has a problem but they won't do shit unless more ppl call and get on the suspicion board...
so anyway, we're going more checks, and started getting that I couldn't even ping anything (that definitely means its not my end) and the service came back right them
of course it's gone off and on twie since then, but only for a minute
so who knows wtf is wrong at verizon
