Did they give any "official" word as to when this is supposed to end or are we going by what a dev told a community leader who told a friend who told a next-door neighbor who told the cable man when it would end?

They announced after the servers came back up from publish 17 that the double xp would end on Tuesday May 31 2005. They probably figured to let it run a little longer.

How do you figure? Last I saw, BH has an xp cap like everybody else. And it still takes forever and a damn day to get investigation xp. So is there something magical about BH experience that translates into jedi xp?

Well I crack bases all the time which means 1k of bh xp each time plus about 20 un gaurded bases not to mention I hunt jedi. Because 1 bh point=1 force sensitive point. It is worth more then combat xp. I have about four more times of normal animal hunting then I will be capped.

sorry Jaminos, but I'm busting you on this

there is NOOOO WAY you can get more than we can get grouped hunting

example:
in just 2 hrs with a group of 6 I can hunt on dantooine and EASILY get 2.3 million weapon xp and 350k combat xp using nades

so this roughly breaks down to 75k + 115k xp x double xp = 380k force xp not even trying

you can't get that much just with BH...

you said BH xp is faster? if BH is faster why hunt at all?

you said specifically that cracking bases and hunting jedi gets you the force xp faster than hunting, so why hunt animals at all?

so you're telling me you can crack your 20 bases for 1k each, and kill enough jedi in 2 hrs and get 400k FORCE xp from it...
