this is not a poll about whether you think he is or not, but whether the jury will find him guilty or not...

I voted innocent based on principle. I hope that is how it turns out. I don't think he did it...THIS time.

But I feel that the verdict is going to be "guilty" whether he did it or not.

Is he a creeper? Definitely. Has he done some weird shit? Likely. Does he deserve to be convicted of a crime he may not have commited for being a creep? Absolutely not. I think he will be convicted, but I feel it might be unjust.

His accusers this time around...they seem too questionable for me. The mother especially. She seems like a malicious litigant. Like I said, I am fairly sure he is screwed on this one, but I just hope that the jury does it for the right reasons.

I think/hope that people aren't dumb and have heard of his behavior with children over the years and factor that in (even though they shouldn't), I think MJ has dodged too many bullets in this area, and this one might hit true.

The prosecution seems like money grubbers and they have a history of this. It would be quite different if they had no history of these types of offences.

This is hard to say. I believe he is guilt but based upon the evidence that the procecution has put forward I would say he is innocent. The procecution has fallen short of proving beyond a reasonable dought that he did it. Frankly I felt this way before the defence even open their mouths. However, if you look at his behavior it is indicitive to a serrial pedifilliac. A serrial pedifille will surround him self with children in a way that the parents will not find odd allowing him acess. For MJ this is Never Ever Land, his work with children and the normalization (at least to those around him and his fans) of sleepin in the same bed with some of these children. All of this gives him perfict acess to his potential victums. One other aspect that is almost maditory for pedofille's is targeting children from disfuctional families. Doing this almost ensures that the child will not talk to anyone about the perps conduct. The pedifille first befriends the child. In the child's world there are no adults that can be truely trusted. Mom and Dad are either not there or have some major character flaw that causes the child stress. This is one of those cases where a lynch mob would be welcome.

I'm all for due process. I swear to god I am.

But this guy has a motion alarm on the long hallway to his bedroom, a children's sheet set on his bed, with toys, etc. Not to mention the "The Boy" book found in his kitchen. Then there's the Neverland Park. It's one thing to be charitable towards children. It's another thing entirely to have them come sleep in your bed with you.

Look, the guy's a pedo, any way you slice it. I don't think that's up for debate. This is once instance where I will be glad to see him wrongfully convicted, because it's like letting a serial murderer off on a technicality.

Allowing him to get off on this charge due to a technicality or a weak case is the exact same as putting another child in his bedroom to rape. I'm not comfortable with that, so let him hang.

If I was on that Jurry I would have to let him go because of the weak prosecution, but I do believe the people who are on the jurry will, if they find him innocent, let him off cause they think the mother is just tryin to get money. I think that mentality is wrong however, due to the fact that they are not mutually exclusive. If I've tried to get money out of people does that mean those same people are incapable of bringing harm to myself or a loved one? Just cause the alleged victum has a greedy mother mean that MJ couldn't have raped the child? I dont think so.

As for spinning, Jabe, that is no spin I have a close cousin who was raped by a serial pedofille when he was 8. The piece of human waste that did it to him fit intot the profile of a serial pedofille. After the man was finally arrested my cousin can to terms with it (as much as one who had their childhood soiled like his could), and found some suport groups. Through these group he learned about the typical pedofille and the profile they usually fall into.
