As a backdrop for a proposed 'Guild War' I offer up the Lokian Letter as a starting point. It would be suggested that we make Nym's Stronghold a 'peace' zone. Any 'griefers' caught fighting in this zone would be considered 'out of play'.
A strong backdrop for us would be to split our guilds 'idealy' into three factions for our little War as a 'test' run.
A strong Rebel sided guild/or guilds representing this faction on lok with the Imperial Outpost as the main target for the 'War'.
The Imperials guilds would be on the defensive at the Outpost and be objectively moving forward for Rebel base and player city strikes. ((let's try and keep it between our participating guilds))
The Neutrals would be our BHs and Mercs willing to fight either side. These could be thought of as Nym's people helping either side as it benefits Nym.
I think Jabe laid out some very good ideas in the other post; This is simply a 'direction to take it' thread. I think this could fit in nicely with any of our ongoing plots right now as well. To the unguilded toons ((yes, we do exist)); we would have to be the 'spies' of this war to help make the proposed 'warring' actually happen. Our event scedulers as it were.
Off topic but... anyone know if we're going to get our Game Master Forum back up?
