he has given thumbs down to every Batman movie
this one he gave a thumbs up and quotes:
"darkest of the batman movie"
"this is the batman movie I have been waiting for and hoping for, this is one of the years best films"
"i really got involved in the story....a fascinating story"

also another note, Christian Bale gained a TON of weight for this role...he went from 120 lbs in the movie The Machinist, to 220 lbs for Batman Begins...

Waitaminute... This might actually be a good Batman movie? After the tripe that constituted the last couple?

I don't know what to say.

I need to see his pics in this "Machineist," because I'm having a hard time picturing someone gaining 100 lbs and looking like he does now.
Also, I weigh 218, so I only have 2 more lbs 'till I look like Batman, Woooooooooooo!
oh the comedies

Ebert pointed out that the Wayne Enterprises building is actuall the Board of Trade building in Chicago. I work in the building right next to the board of trade so that means in this movie I officially work in Gotham City!
Fewer days have I had that were finer than this one. JOY!

HELLO! doesn't anyone remember him in American Psycho??
In his morning routine he says "I use 10 different facial moisturizers and masks, and I do crunches... I can do a thousand now."
He also looks like he could pull you arms off in that movie.

Dude, I've always said Gotham was based off of Chicago, not NYC. Not enough gargoyles in NYC for it to be Gotham.
I mean, even our friggin' LIBRARY has owl gargoyles, for crying out loud:

Indeed sir, great film that I can watch over and over again.
Now American Psycho, that one I can leave in the trash.
