Pex made his rounds this friday, first stopping at the kreetles event, then to the roba.

I walked away with 3 new badges myself, my bartender got one, and our band got em. Poor toront went badgeless, and was the one who contacted Pex in the first place....gotta feel bad for him lol


Was a great show at the Roba, PACKED house...i got worried when a bunch of non RPers showed up, but was i AMAZED when Doriboi, Azz'kikr, and other pvpers started RPING. THey even interrogated Duox using force choke and such. Sure some of the stuff they did was not perfect, but they were new, and were trying very hard to immerse themselves, they all told me it was a lot of fun and they'd have to do "this rp thing" more often.

On that note, the doorman idea seems to be a success...didn't turn away anyone, even when the first crowd built up because of miscommunication lol. They stayed patiently waiting for it to open.


I would like to send my condolences to the kreetles for their event being blasted by xXx's immaturity. To be honest i'm surprised they left us alone...since i am one of the ones involved in fighting them in the guildwars thing...they showed up but didn't do anything, then left when we told them to. Again, real sorry they showed up to you guys and caused a problem.

If it makes Toront feel any better.. Iago and I missed out on badgles too. We were at the wrong place at the right time.. as such we were not awarded "Credit to their Profession".

Yeah, it was pretty bad. They parked a bunch of disabled vehicles outside so the place was constantly shaking with explosions. Then there was the spam.. oh well, lets move on.

AMAZED when Doriboi, Azz'kikr, and other pvpers started RPING...

Yeah, RP is contagious such that it will even sometimes inspire non-roleplayers to actually think and act in character. We must enlighten the galaxy, one d00d at a time!

At least I made it to the Roba to get some RP in.

Saw Pex at the Kreetles event on my last few minutes of dial up fun... Batty, alas, went badgeless. Although, he already had one for a live event in Theed this past Halloween... something to do with Dathomir Nightsister Spider attacks. ::shrugs:: Now Vreese needs some, yo!

So, does that mean the phrase, "RP or RP not, there is no n00b; apply here?"

In all truth though; It seems to me that both RP events are a success and thus far I've not seen one RPer on these forums that doesn't try. You should 'all' be proud of your abilities to RP where others don't. My personal 'tag' of honor is just being a member of this community.

Pex, everybody here ((I'm going to exclude myself)) deserves a lil Pex loving if you'll gander at some of the events this community will band together and put in motion.

I was at the Kreetles show in Lost City and it was great! I have been RP'ing for the better part of 15 years, BUT never in SWG. I honestly have never seen anyone RP in this game which is sad. So that night I tried it out and it was great! In fact I ran into Ekade, whom I have not seen in ages. We had a small scene and it was cool. I then ended up in RP with a few others and overall had a blast in this game for the first time in awhile. Thanks everyone!
