I remember the first time I RP'd with Ekade....

E-li was there and we were both RPing with her.

Lots of guys get their first RP experience from Ekade...

She probably can't remember the first guy she RP'd, but that was a long long time ago. She's had a very active RP life for a long long time.

There is much more RP where that came from. Stay IC as much as possible and try to surround yourself with like-minded roleplayers.

That's actually true. I think "chatting up the cantina dancer" is the most common form of RP. I would respond in character and that would often cause the other person to start thinking in character.

I play a very public and personable character, but I also go out of my way to interact with people. As Iago says, I am a ham.


The first person I RP'd with that is a part of this community is Keer. Oh my did he have the best lines. <fans herself off>

I guess were both left scratching our heads at this one. I seem to remember meeting her around the second week after release. I remember when she went from Novice to apprentice dancer, then to Choreographer and up the line. I remember the first set of armor I gave her was only bone leggings and a pink dress uniform jacket and some gloves (cause really we didnt have much more then that at release) and her first real gun was a DL44 Metal I got off a Valarian guard.

I'd say its not so much longer then others Zo. You RP life is really based on how people remember you, much like your real life.

I'd say its not so much longer then others Zo. You RP life is really based on how people remember you, much like your real life.

LOL.. I still remember that outfit, it was cute. I was wearing the armor long after it's condition had reached zero. I had no idea how armor worked at that time. <blush> Oh, and when you bought me that small Tatooine house... I just about died.

I was with Novall when I got my first PvP kill. OMG my heart was racing a mile a minute.

I learned a lot about RP from Novall. I was a total MMO RP noob when I first started interacting with him. Thanks for introducing me to this kind of fun! <hugs Novall>

Actually you can.. and I most likely will (long story).

Ekade is just a character, she is not me. I don't RP me. She is an exaggeration of personality taken from bits of me and other people in my life. I play other characters that are very very different from Ekade. Ask anyone who has interacted with Crypta in WoW and they will tell you that my charaters are nothing alike.

Crypta is like the villain character I've always wanted to play here. She has no interest in making friends and talks down to everyone. Strangely enough, most people love it.
