SWG Tales

It seams like i have enough money to buy a new gametime card for swg, but a part of me want to rest from the game so it becomes fun and exciting again, at the moment i dont long back so much, but B a part of me WANT to come back, coz i long for the roleplaying, and i want to get thsoe imp banners from the empire day quests + that i soon get the 1 year veteran reward but agh.....so tough =P

+ comming back to swg and roleplay alot with u guys
+ Soon getting the 12month veteran reward
+ get the imp banners

- im tired of swg and tried all combat professiosn except jedi i want to try
- could use the money for the gameitme card for something else
- not sure what to do between the roleplaying, im cl 80
- all friends, or most of them is gone =(

agh hard decission, it wouldnt be so wise maybe to come back just becoz a few roleplaying events, imp banners and veteran reward. . . . .

I have until the 11th to decide, i read the empire day quests will last until then, correct?

wow is lotsa fun but its lightyears from how i felt first time i played swg, ppl in wow aint very helpful and the guilds ive been into are dull n they dont do much =P

If the roleplaying events would be mroe than a cantina party per week its possible i would come back coz then i had stuff to do =)

Well, I'll tell you what my Dad has been telling me for years, and has seeped into my bones whether I like it or not.

Save your money.

Since there will be so many people doing the Empire Day quests, there will be plenty floating around the market and prices for them will go down as rare loot. I wouldn't use that for yourself as a reason to come back.

If you've been tired of the game, continue to give yourself a break. Don't spend your money on something else right away though, just save it and sit on it for awhile. After another few weeks of chilling and enjoying whatever you have now (I bet you've got some non-MMO games or something to do), weigh your choices again (SWG vs another game, vs going out to eat at a fancy restaraunt, vs four movies at the theater, a new puppy, new pair of jeans, etc., whatever)....after giving yourself a little more time to think about it, what you REALLLY REEEEALLY want will become more clear.

yeah its true its better to wait til i really long back, and yes i do have a shitload of games O.o so at the moment i dont long back much, even tho i hope i will soon enuff, it will maybe take 1-2 months.

Its so stupid that i found out about this wonderful rp community just be fore i was taking my break (and with break i mean - intend to come back sometime)

I get all my games from my brother when He's tired of them. So I save tons of money.
Also, dump WOW, and switch to DAOC and SWG exclusively.

Lacking RP fun??? Create it. I am currently working on something that will bring new RP events and stories aside from just sitting and chatting...
