The VR community cordially invites you to attend the second annual Founder's Day celebration. Here's what's going down:

What: Swoop Racing, Fireworks, 20 item auction
Founder's Day is the day that celebrates the founding of the first VR settlement on Rori. It is tradition to have entertainment, competition and auctions, as well as fireworks, on Founder's Day. Below, find a brief overview of the events tentatively schedules for this Founder's Day.
Race Details: The swoop race will happen in VR. The course is plotted through the streets of VR and into some of the surrounding countryside. It is a very fun course. All participants must ride Swoop bikes for this event. No BARCs or AV-21s.
Prizes:
1st Place: Cash award (amount pending donation by local merchants. To inquire about sponsoring the event, please contact Krom.)
2nd Place: A gift certificate for a suit of finely crafted armor made by one of VR's 12 point master Armorsmiths, Realder and Jadarra.
Restrictions: Factional armor will require you providing all faction points to the crafter. RIS armor will require you to provide the necessary looted components.
3rd Place: A basket of cheer (chef foods and drinks) provided by VR's own 12 point Chef, -Loki_ ((formerly Ome'ga)). The items to be included have not yet been determined, but several split crates of high quality, high demand products will be there, for sure.
Entry Fee: Each rider will pay a 10,000 credit entry fee for riding the course. This money will be donated to the city treasury in the name of the city's original founders.
Auction Details: The auction will include no more than 20 items and will be auctioned live in the Karasu Tengu Cantina, Vagabond's Rest, Naboo immediately following the Swoop Race. All items up for auction have been donated by citizens of Vagabond's Rest. To donate items for the auction, please contact Krom or TriK.

More items have been pledged and more pledges are being accepted.
