Avatar Picture Making

I was wondering about how to make a Avatar Picture like Iagoboom's,Zannon's and many others so i can make my RP a little funnier
If your talking about the sig tags, then its easy. Just take a screenshot or two then use a program like Adobe to fix it up, put in words, and add any effects you like. then use a website like photobucket.com to giv the pic a url tag and paste that into the signature box in your profile.
Or you can always have someone to do it for you :P
