Dumb move.
Funny, but dumb. Daley getting indicted for anything would be fantastic. The whole Meiggs Field fiasco was a joke. That alone makes him a shit head in my book.

How stupid do these guys need to be here?
All this "reward" will do is serve to get Daley re-elected when NO ONE comes forward to claim it. People got 10x that payola to get involved in the corruption in the first place. Nobody's going to take that chump change to become a target.
