Hey all from what I understand theres a large amount of peeps from Illinois on these boards

Born and raised in Champaign, IL myself and will be there Aug 14-22nd to have a nice visit with my folks.

Anyone around that might be interested in meeting up for a drink and some good rl chat drop me a response or a PM. Looking forward to a great visit..meeting anyone I enjoy reading about face to face would make it just that much more fun

I think you'll be closer to Batty than anyone. Most of us are up in the burbs of Chicago.

Aye', like Scotty, I know the route up to Shampoo-Banana like the back of my hand! I ought to... my brother went to Vetinarian school up there for nearly four years. Niiiiiice place. But, seems to suffer from the same problem as Centralia, IL. No damn drive ways for your vehicles in places so everyone parks it on a narrow road out front and ya have to pray ya don't catch that oncomming car in winter as ya try to dodge between them! Ha!

Anyway, I think Jabe's right... probably the closest people around would be myself, Bellissima, Iago... as far as within a couple hour driving distance away.
