Fuck Newegg.com, Fuck Fedex, fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck

and add a few more fucks to that as well
here's the lil story:
I ordered a bunch of comp parts for my new rig from newegg.com, which has always been topnotch prices and speed of dellivery
my order was seperated into 2 shipments, the mobo from CA, the rest of the parts (cpu, psu, ram, etc) from NJ
I received the mobo a day early, on monday, the rest was supposed to be here today
I check the fedex tracking number and on the status it got picked up and then theres no other status beyond NJ. Call fedex:
"yes it appears it is lost, we'll have someone go look for it in NJ"
When will I know anything
"hopefully we will find something out and call you back tomorrow. call the shipper and let them know it is lost"
Isn't that your job?
so then I call newegg.com to tell them it's lost
"ok do you want us to send you the parts or credit your account?"
I need the parts, send them.
"ok, after our review process of 7-10 days we will send you out the shipment"
whoa, wait a sec, I have to wait 7 to 10 days for you to send it out again, and then wait 5 more days to get it?
"yes, or you can get a refund"
well refund the money then and I'll reorder the parts and they'll be sent out tomorrow, right?
"yes, let me set that up" <insert a few minutes of typing>
"ok, it's all been set. You should receive your refund in 7 to 10 days"
now hold on a minute. It takes 7 to 10 days to get my money back. How am i supposed to reorder the parts if I don't have the money refunded back to me?
"sir we're are in a review process of the lost order, and it takes 7 to 10 days."
so either way I have to wait 7 to 10 days, nice

send the parts then, since that will be the fastest method. I'm not giving you more money for parts I don't have.
"ok sir, now if fedex calls you and finds the shipment and sends it to you, call us to tell us the shipment has been found so we can cancel this second one"
riiiiiiiiight
and how will I know when you send the 2nd shipment
"we will contact you by email"
well until I get my parts I cannot check my email
"well when there is no response to the email the will call you"
why don't you just type in the notes to skip the email, since I can't access it, and just call me first
"ummm, ok sir.....is there anything else i can help you with today?"
nope, you've done so much already

so unless fedex finds my shipment, I'm out of a computer for 2 more weeks...and even if they do find it, it'll take 4 days to get here and by then I'll be gone through the 23rd for work anyway...
