SWG Server Rant

SWG servers are in need of revamping. PVP players need a dedicated server(s) for their needs. If there are PVP jedi and they want to fight bounty hunters..good for them. Create your character on a PVP server. This will eliminate alot of the foolish childness that goes on with flaming ect. I think if devs create PVP servers we will see alot of the gripes go down. Most of the complaints I have seen are coming from PVP players and in my opinion this is why the game gets nerfed all the time.
Second, when are we going to be able to create mutiple characters on our servers? Everquest allows you to create something like 3-4 characters on a server. They even have a system set up for transfering characters between servers for a small fee. This is badly needed for SWG. Thoughts, opinions?

both of these have been discussed since beta, and your answers to both are: never gonnna happen
sorry to burst your bubble
1. they don't want to seperate people, because pvp ppl are quite low, something like 10-20% and the servers won't be used to capacity, which means waste of money
2. multi characters means they lose money, and sony won't have that, plus they don't want muling, twinking etc from multi free characters

I know what muling is, but what the hell is twinking?

Twinking is when you eat too many twinkies while playing MMORPGs. The effect is never pretty.
I think Illbleed has valid concerns but Skarr's right, for SOE and Lucasarts money is bottom line. They won't seperate the PvPers, thats time and effort they don't have. The root of the problem is unavoidable. Asshole players can really hinder any online game. PvPers are generally only concerned with being better than everyone else and not working in harmony with others. Everyquest really got that ball rolling. So much emphasis was put on the strength of your character that stupid little kids where killing themselves when permadeath occurs.
So do what I do for now, rely on the great people you know in this game to give you a great game experience and let all the other crap float under the surface.

twinking is when a high lvl character gives a lower/brand new character tons of money and high lvl weapons, making them easier/faster to lvl...
