HOW the hell do you make avatars?

I try and try and strive... Get a emergancy coffe and go to emergancy ward... come back get hernia... stuff like that... HOW do i do it oh masters of avatars?

When you google your looking for the answer to your question right? So dont you have to ask the question first before you can be given an answer.

Well, you must ask a question to get an answer must you not? Perhaps that is a bit too philosophical. I am simply giving an alternative and quick way to locate your answer. Most any time someone has a technical question on how to do something on a forum the question has been asked by another so the answer is generally already out there if you know where to look. Google is the place I look first.
If I find that I am the first to ask a question, and rarely I am, then I will seek someone whom I think may have the knowledge I seek. If in turn that fails I now consider my question to be a problem that has to be solved. I may attempt to solve it myself or once again enlist the aid of others to help me in my journey to enlightenment.
