Echigoya is one of the oldest soba restaurants in Ginza, Japan. It has been in business for over 240 years.

I'll give you a hint, the line "I like the way you think, Echigoya" (actually pronounced "I rike da way you sink, Echigoya") was in a damn fine video game. I'll even give you the platform: PSX.

It's one of my favorite games of all time, and that line makes me laugh every time I hear it.

I am shocked and appalled that one would use Echigoya to refer to some video game when its obvious the restaurant holds the copyright to the name via 'prior art' in the Empire of Japan circa 1755. Not to mention the song Echigoya kayou which was sung their as drunk fisherman flung poo at each other after being defeated in card games designed by Nintendo®. Sheesh.

Man... hardly anybody knows me around here... I put the who the hell is Ceka option in there just for a joke... I'll have to set up an event so everyone can get to know me... I'm sure I would get a better poll response after that... seeing as how I am so sexy.

As proven by Alonzo's poll.... If you add an option for comedic value.. 90% of the people will choose that one.
